Where do you ship to? 
We ship worldwide. 

What are your hours of operations?

Features are done daily.

For physical items (clothing): We are available Monday-Friday, 9 AM EST to 6 PM EST. Send us an email to Customer Service cs@shopfbk.com


What is your processing time? 
24-48 business hours or 1-2 business days (this means time to ship); if your order is flagged for high risk, it may be longer. Saturday & Sunday are not business days.

Examples: If ordered on Monday, the latest shipping day can be the following Wednesday.*

If ordered on Thursday, the latest shipping day can be the following Monday.*

*Shipping times can delay if we have a sudden experience of high volume orders. Expect delays during holiday seasons, please read the banner at the top of the home page to see current shipping times (most accurate.)  

How long is shipping?

IF YOU NEED A FASTER SHIPPING OPTION OR HAVE A TIME-SENSITIVE ORDER, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE ORDERING SO WE CAN REVIEW THE BEST OPTION FOR YOU.

Once shipped, it takes; 


Canada to USA (via Canada Post/USPS): 6-10 business days* 

Within Canada: 1-5 business days* via Canada Post.

Everywhere else: 7-30 business days*. 

*All timeframes are estimated, we have zero control over delays that happen once the product is shipped.

Canada to USA via UPS

3-7 business days 

Who do you ship with?

Primarily Canada Post and USPS, occasionally, we ship with UPS.

Cancellations:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ENSURE YOU SELECT THE CORRECT COLOR, SIZE , ADDRESS etc. BEFORE CHECKING OUT. WE DO NOT OFFER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS.

I have a question about where my package is...

Once a package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Once your order is shipped, you must contact the shipping carrier about any questions about where your package is, as we (shopfbk) can only see what's on the tracking number, if you want more detail - You must contact the shipping carrier (i.e. Canada Post, USPS, etc)

My package was lost/stolen, what do I do?
Please contact shipping carrier to locate package; if they need any information from us, we will be happy to provide it!

If you have a GENERAL question about your order, please provide order number and send an email to cs@shopfbk.com.
