As we are a small business, we do not offer refunds unless there was an error on our part.
All sales are final.
Exception: If there is significant damage with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a picture of your tracking number on the package, a picture of the item and a brief statement of the issue. Email this information to Customer Service email@example.com .
HIGH RISK ORDERS
We reserve the right to cancel orders without notification should we suspect the order may be fraudulent, the entire order will be refunded. The billing and shipping address MUST match. If it does not match we will contact you by email asking you to provide identification; if there isn't a reply in 48 hours, your order will be canceled and refunded. This is to protect our company and the cardholder.
